       Mr. Cao, specializing in Environmental  health, and safety assessments and compliance audits.  Prior to joining Shanghai Beckwell Management Consulting Ltd as a General Manager, Mr. Cao was a EHS lead auditor registered in IEMA  and registered lead tutor in IRCA in UK at Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd and an EHS consultant at Golder Associates Consulting (Shanghai) and an QEHS engineer at Nanjing Jinlin Chemical Industry Ltd.

       With more than 15 years EHS experience  and six years EHS (ISO14001 & OHSAS18001)  management system audit and consulting experience in the famous international certification body and consulting firms, Mr. Cao has acquired a deep understanding of a range of diverse roles. These extend from EH&S, to the environmental impact assessment (EIA),  to the environmental site assessment (ESA), to the waste water treatment, to the EHS regulations, to the environmental initial review, to the facility risk assessment, and training to site employees and engineers, and to EH&S and quality assurance system compliance audits.

Mr. Tom Chen

        从事安全环境工作已有13年，他曾在国有企业、香港企业、欧洲企业与私有企业工作过，任职工程师、主管和高级EHS顾问。2004年起Tom在一家美资化工企业担任中国安全经理。

        Tom 在2004年开始接触BBS， 2005年初开始在公司推行了BBS项目， 2006年Tom开发并在公司内推行了三思安全项目，2007年，Tom又开发并推行了ASSETS领导力项目。2004年Tom参加了中山岭南（大学）学院与麻省斯隆学院合办的国际MBA课程，并以2007年毕业，其毕业论文为基于行为安全的安全管理体系。

Mr. Zhu is an EHS manager of a Pharmaceutical Chemical Manufacturing Company in China. He is also a senior EHS auditor and trainer for Global Supplier Chain in Chinese business. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Zhu was working for Shanghai Qiuxin Ship Building Yard, as a technical and production professional. So he was very familiar with EHS management in Ship building and repairing.

Mr. Zhu is a registered Environmental Assessor and OHSAS18001 Practice Auditor and a registered ISO14001 Assessor in China. He is also a certified OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer.
